Not only that, but it appears he is trying to make money at teaching people to ignore Rule 3. I don't have any problem with someone trying to make a buck,
but I have as much respect for 5Shot as I would for someone making money teaching people to shoot at kites overhead in Omaha with .22s (Rule 4
violation).......

of you are, but I remember dialing up to a BBS in 1988 and posting an ad to sell my 1976 Cutlass. E-commerce is just part of the fun of open forums. If you
don't like them, start your own and be a tight-a$$.
Over the years I have had a bit of experience with CQC. The only hard and fast rule is to be prepared to the best of your abilities. Being prepared is different to everyone... so each person needs to find a way to prepare themselves for acts of violence. That includes defensive AND offensive violence. There are a lot of training "systems" out there. 99% of which, I consider total B.S. because it comes down to conditioned response. For most folks, they never have an opportunity to condition themselves for a life or death situations. The only true conditioning is being put in similar situations. This is true for all forms of violence, all weapons. Sure, there are tactics and technique to consider... nothing wrong with any of that. My personal experiences, I just don't think they hold a lot of water. A few things in reference to shooting a weapon for defensive / offensive tactics that I think are a load of bunk: ** CAR CQC system... done it, not useful to civilians. LEO shooting from a stationary car seat maybe. Otherwise forget it. ** Range / practice time where you are not shooting on the move... people that survive are in motion. Cover doesn't come to you. You have to find it. ** Range / practice time when you are not under any kind of physical or emotional stress. I don't know anyone who's body and mind aren't in disarray during a violent attack.
