I know that area, south of Redick Ave near the park. Most likely doesn't have a CCW permit, but the gun is probably registered. There are actually people who believe that if they register their gun, that they can CCW it, not realizing that they still have to get a CHL permit. But the whole terroristic threat thing would negate that anyway.
