... but noticed that all my information would go across as cleartext.
I'm dealing with a stolen credit card number right now, and don't see the need to send more of my info out unencrypted. Can you guys add security to the NFOA registration page? /rl |

An inquiry is being made about secure sign up. Would you be amenable to mailing in the application info?
If yes , here is an address for you to mail it to NFOA P.O. BOX 419 Syracuse, Nebraska 68446

rluening,
I did a little research tonight , and I found that of the major websites that I have frequented, like GlockTalk, AR15.com and this board ,none use encrypted registration pages. As to the NFOA forum, only minimal info is required for registration, but perhaps you should mail in your NFOA member application, as we do need your address to confirm residence in Nebraska

LJUnaTIC, When will the NFOA seal you are using as an avitar be available for a window sticker? I would proudly put it on my truck right beside my USN Retired
and NRA stickers.

I did similar research - AR15.com, thehighroad.us, various photography forums - and none use any encryption. On the other hand, none get my full name, address,
and phone number, either. While that is all easily available via various sources, I didn't feel that comfortable tossing it out there as a package deal.
Please don't take my request as any sort of insult - I was just wondering about the possibility of adding some security. Information security has always been an interest of mine, then last week my credit card company (amazingly) found a fraudulent charge. Thankfully they caught it and deactivated my card quickly. I will either sign up online or mail you my information tonight or tomorrow. Thanks! /rl |

USN Retired wrote: Well......officially that logo is not official....yet And funny you should mention stickers, as I was just looking for an online vendor to make some last night. For some reason the vendor (photobucket) would not let me use the picture...probably because of the evil it displays...who knows. But rest assured that that type of product is being considered as we speak

I'll mail it tomorrow.
I know a decal vendor in the Omaha area. He does good work, but I don't know what his pricing is like. I can see about a quote from him, if needed. /rl |

That would be great rl . once we have an official logo , I will have someone more talented than I make a high quality image for reproduction, and it would be
great to keep the job instate
