This does not including streets, sidewalks, and alleyways. The park thing is stupid; when they passed the ordinance, the illustrious city attorney said that a "No Guns" sign posted on a park shelter would be conspicuous notice. Yes, conspicuous to anyone within 10 feet of the shelter, forget about the other few thousand square feet of park land. I was told to open-carry if I felt the need. Right......

Super Foods is ok again! Aurora Super Foods on 11th Street has a sign up. I spoke with the manager on duty and all he had to say was "Most businesses have them up". I reminded him that Walmart doesn't and that I won't be shopping at Super Foods until the sign comes down. I sent a letter to store management as well.

I wonder if that includes LEOs. The signs are inconspicuous, IMO. They have a large "No Smoking" portion and small wording underneath that indicate no weapons are allowed.

Seriously, in response to your update today on Hamilton Telecomm..... therein lies further confusion. Does the sign simply say no weapons allowed? If so, does this technically apply to CHP holders? More importantly, could it be prosecutable? These are rhetorical questions I know. Already thinking that next year's improvment on CCW is a 30-06 TX style law. Strat you're doing a good job with the updates out there my friend.

I agree with you on 30.06-style signs. The signs at Hamilton Telecom are sneaky in how they convey the message.
