Not sure if all Omaha BK's are this way now that Simmonds sold them back, or if they came down before the sale.

I don't know about anyone else...when I see those signs it absolutely alarms me because it's like they are asking for trouble.

New Life Thrift Store | ||

New Life Thrift Store (barely in Bellevue) on 36th & Harrison behind the Walgreens.
I didn't see the 'Beretta' buster-bar signs until I was inside the store. The big round "Beretta Buster-bar" signs are WAY ABOVE head high and no where near eye-level. About the time I saw the sign from the inside of the door I was walking by the Bellevue Police officer who they have on duty. I explained that I hadn't seen the sign and was going to go lock my pistol in my gun safe in the trunk. When I came back I gave him a thumbs up and he called me over and asked to see my permit. We joked that I'd never leave home without it. For the rest of my visit there I was on his radar. If that ever happens again. I'll keep my mouth shut and just go lock it in the car. I've only been carrying since Christmas 2008. I am so used to it now, I don't feel right without it. |

No Frills | ||

Just went to No Frills off of Fort Crook, right next to Southroads. Went to enter through the north Door, and it's POSTED. The manager was on break and wasn't around at the time to talk to him/her about it.

FP Associates, P.C. (Doctor's Office ) in Bellevue, 1103 Galvin Road South Suite G (in the business park across from Bellevue University) Drs Cervantes,
LaSure & Juracek.
They've been my docs for a long time. I had always figured that clinics and Dr's offices fell under the same no gun rule as emergency rooms and hospitals. One of my visits last month I asked Dr. Cervantes and he confirmed there was a "no firearms" policy. No issues with their care, professionalism or service. ...a pirate looks at 50.

Personally while I prefer to have my weapon with me as often as legal when I am going to a doctor visit and may have to disrobe I really do-not want to have to
take my weapon off and leave it set while I have an x ray done or other full body exam.
However I feel that I should be able to carry while in the office. The law does not state hospitals but does address ER areas of the hospital. Concealed Handgun Permit Act 018 PROHIBITED PLACES AND PREMISES 018.01K Emergency room or trauma center;

Are you able to carry at Fontenelle Forest Nature Center?
I am going today and wanted to know if it was all clear.

All Kwik shops and Kabredlo's are posted. I pump my gas and then hit the help button, and then have them come out to collect my cash. Ha....then I
educate them a bit.
