Still having delays. There is a website up for the place but looks to have a lot of info cut/paste from some other range. He was "Hoping to break ground next week" a month or two ago. It appears that this guy has a delusional timeline.

A permit to locate there might be tough to get. The interior work, insurance, utilities and maintenance on the building might be manageable as long as the rent was free I would be afraid of the yearly operating costs associated with even going the low budget route in starting an indoor range. But... I must admit I have atleast thought about it. It would be nice to find a low cost but suitable existing structure outside the city limits to start with. I really hope the million $ Ricochet gun range gets built, is successful and ends up being what we hope it will be. Sell those founding members memberships Rob !! I wonder how they ascertained they were building a 3,300 member facility? "Family memberships are $280 per year. There is a waiting list for the 3,300 member facility and names are being added daily"

I need a little more confidence in the project before I am willing to throw my $ around.
