My thoughts on the matter...... Since the right to Keep and Bear Arms springs from the Right of Self-Defense (which comes from The Most Basic Human Right --The Right to Life), anyone who has not had their civil rights suspended by a Court (e.g. is currently incarcerated, on parole, or judged by a Court to be mentally incompetent) should have the right to defend their life with the most effective means available: Former felons who have served their time have a right not to be murdered. I would not advocate giving them a CHP, but a gun for home defense should not be denied to them.
Just stirrin' the pot..............
