I obtained my NE CCW permit almost two years ago, and just recently moved to TX.  I called the NE state patrol to see what I have to do in order to file my
change of address, as required by law, and the woman there said they would revoke my license since I moved out of state.  I asked which statute authorizes them
to do that and she couldn&#39;t cite one, but referred me to the lincoln office.

			<description><![CDATA[ So I was thrilled to see CO made the list of states whose permits will be recognized in NE.  I do have an unsettling thought about Omaha though.  If I read the
ordinance correctly, it would be illegal for me to carry in Omaha because my permit was not issued by the state of NE.  I&#39;ve also not found anything
difinitive about Omaha&#39;s handgun registration for non-residents.  Anyone have any thoughts?  Here&#39;s the ordinance that I&#39;m thinking about:

			<description><![CDATA[ In December of 2008 a buddy of mine and I were hunting turkey and blackpowder deer in NE. We were stopped and licensed checked - no issues. However, each of us
had two rounds in magazine of shotguns stored in cases under our rear seat. Just didn&#39;t occur to me that that qualified as a &quot;loaded&quot; gun.
Learned lesson, paid fine, moved on with life. Now I would like to get a CCP so that I can carry when my wife and I travel on motorcycle. Does this ticket
