This article is in the June 23, 2008, Salt Lake City newspaper. I know that there are others that are certified to present the Utah class, and I encourage all those that have thought about it to do so soon. Gun rights are going to be attacked broadly, and if Heller goes the "individual right" route, one way anti-gunners will continue their attack will be on the right to carry. First step? Do away with non-resident permits and/or reciprocity.

I do not own, nor do I support the ownership of, potentially dangerous dogs such as pit bulls and rottweilers. However, I am strongly opposed to city ordinances prohibiting the ownership of otherwise legal items. That being said, Osceola has just banned "vicious" dogs and anyone currently owning one of these animals has 48 hours to get rid of it.
